Drug Test Certification FAQs - most asked questions about certification

  1. WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Once we receive payment for the class we will email the materials that need to be read. Once you have finished reading the materials we will send you your logins to take the online course and exams. Next the mock collections are done via webcam. The final step is to email the training chain of custody forms to Transmetron for review. If they are “Error Free” as the DOT regulates, certificates will be created and emailed to you.

These classes are done at your own pace. You have as much time as you need to complete the courses (up to 120 days). The only training course that has a different time limit is the BAT course. You have 30 days to complete the Proficiencies from the date you complete the online course (a DOT regulated mandate).
